Full locator is IO90IV, or more accurately IO90IV58EI (using GBR36 mapping) or IO90IV58AH (using WGS84) Andy G4JNT www.g4jnt.com 2009/1/26 John P-G <[email protected]>: > On Mon, 26 Jan 2009 19:28:19 -0000 > "Gary - G4WGT" <[email protected]> wrote: > >> John, LF, >> >> I note that Jim's WSPR is showing 4 locator characters on my WSPR >> list but 6 on the spots page. >> >> Gary - G4WGT. >> > > Hello Gary, LF > > WSPR itself only transmits the 4-figures (eg IO90) but if you enter all > 6 in the options dialogue of the software (along with your correct > callsign, NOT K1JT - hi!) then any spots you report to WSPRnet will be > tagged with your 6-figure locator (as a receiving station).
