Sit on 600m tonight at the top of your band and call CQ or run a beacon and let some of the USA guys know your phone number to call if or when the band is good for 2 way. Otherwise emails would work as long as you check email frequently. If the locals won't chat, then go DX. Any of our coastal stations should get across the pond. Definitely the XGR stations. As far as 2 way with a XSH station, just keep it unofficial and not logged on the 500kc.com site and no one will complain too much. Dave /17 is usually ready to chat over the pond.

160 is buzzing at present with so much DX its difficult to find a slot in the CW portion of the band. So far worked two UA0 stns and several UA9 (asian area zone 18/19) plus JA and others world wide, at present 600 is dead in the QSO sense.
