Actually WD2XSH group uses 505.200 - 505.250 for QRSS,
505.250-505.270 was suggested for the XGR group.
In practice it shouldn't make a difference since only 1 of the XSH
group ever uses QRSS and then only rarely.
(The rest of the WD2XSH group is constitutionally opposed to using any
technology developed after WWII ! )
