Not quite.... 

17(mm) - "Unattended Operation" means the operation of Radio 
Equipment by the Licensee when the LICENSEE is in a different 
location to where the Radio Equipment is installed:

This includes the case where the equipment is at the home address but 
the licensee is not there (because he has gone out...).

I notice also from Schedule 2 that 136kHz is not one of the bands 
where unattended operation of beacons is allowed.
