Dear Laurence, LF Group,

It is visible here about 30dB below the DCF39 "carrier" at the moment. It Is
fading in a DX-like way.As far as I can tell, it seems to be east of here. I
have sometimes seen a continuous carrier around 138.96k, but I have not seen
the modulation before.

BTW - Is the Rugby Loran QRT ? - seems to be less clatter here than normal.
