really is poor. I have moaned about the aol browser my sister uses,
but no
refresh !! You may have to look to see whether you have the
option
(probably in options strangely enough!! ) to flush the cache when
you close
the browser. Otherwise you will get this problem with any site
you regula

I don't use IE very often these days but there used to be an option which
specified how often a page was refreshed.
If I remember rightly some, or all, of the options
were every time a page was visited, every time IE was launched, or only
refresh manually.
This could be another possible source of the problem.
