LF: Quartz Hill set up for LF on 31 March

Hi all,

We had a successful visit to Quartz Hill to start setting up LF gear and 
doing a full power test on the antenna.  The antenna tuning and loading 
worked well.  So there is little doubt that ZM2E (a special LF call sign 
that has a low element count) will be fully operational from dusk on 
Saturday night, 31 March, and for two nights following.
A summary table and other information will be posted tomorrow.
