Ok Steve - I dont want to cause a "smoky event" but it would be good to try - Ill leave the rx on your freq at my dusk for a couple of hours - and Ill run the grabber on the web site too -- where is VY1 (name escapes me) operating at the moment freq wise?

Ill get those offsets. This is a new R75 I picked up here and was only 0.5Hz off my previous rx's cal. I used DCF39 as a marker to cal against.

Nursing an undeserved hangover felling this morning...

Laurence - I may be able to spark up in the predawn hours (1000- 1300 Z) if Scott is not running schedules with VY1JA and I don't have any 2m meteor scatter schedules in the morning. It is so darn dry here on the island, an antenna flash-over would burn the whole thing down.

If I am on, I will be around 137.7552 ish, likely at QRSS 60, but I am really fearful of the dry forest at the moment...I can see the headlines now..."CB-er SETS ISLAND ON FIRE...when taken away he was mumbling incoherently about contacting 'Shanghai grabber', no doubt a nearby accomplice..."
