The band is nice and quiet at the moment.
I have checked the following stations you mentioned in your e-mail of May 7.
The signal strength is noted relative to DI2BO's signal.

Time 10:00 UTC, local noon.

Braunschweig, BRU, 427 kHz, no copy
Celle, CEL, 311 kHz, no copy
Hannover, HA, 320 kHz, 440 km, on carrier at 420.000 kHz + 10 dB
Wunstorf, WUN, 419 kHz, 416 km, on upper sideband 420.039 kHz - 10 dB
Hannover, HW, 358 kHz, no copy
Hannover, HAE, 332 kHz, 424 km, on upper sideband 333.021 kHz - 2 dB
B�ckeburg, BYC, 368 kHz, 388 km, on lower sideband, + 4 dB

The signal of DI2BO is 15 dB over my noise floor.
All stations suffer from fast QSB +/- 0.5 dB.

Receiver: W & G SPM-30, bandwidth 24 Hz
                20 dB tuneable pre-amplifier
Antenna: pa0rdt-Mini-Whip, 5 metre up.
