LF: NA 13th

Hi Joe & LF,

This is my only capture taken at 0400z, no further captures due to a short
power cut in the early hours, computer waiting for "Log On" when I came in
the shack.

Also just after 0300z part of a character at about 137779.8Hz from one of
the other TA signals.

We seem to get more than our fair share of cuts & residents have been
complaining for a couple of years or more but it gets no better.
