So what about the power absorbed when you receive the signal normally?
Surely, for the law to be enforceable, there must be a minimum power below
which you are deemed to 'not be stealing power'.  Or is recption only
permitted by lossless miniwhip type antennaa that respond only to the E
field, and connect to infinite input impedance preamps ;-)
