Gary you are lucky to receive the signal with "only" S9+10.
I am only 8 wavelengths away from the transmitter, and the signal
completely swamps the 'natural radio' signals (whistlers etc) which I
try to receive occasionally. Looks like I must build a new active
antenna with sharp lowpass or notch filter before the amplifier, because
this new bird is going to stay !
