Hi Wolfgang, nice to read that you can now operate LF from home ;-) For an automatic antenna tuner, I have used a fairly simple, RF-powered circuit, consisting of a phase detector and a little switch-mode motor driver: http://members.aol.com/df6nm/AutoTuner.zip (66kB) I will be away for a week and have thus taken down the rooftop LF antenna, and temporarily connected the "summer antenna", a low-hanging piece of wire in the far corner of the garden. The big disadvantage is that the sensitivity of the grabber captures will much more often be compromised by sweeping carriers from neighbourhood SMPS sources. 73 and have a good time Markus, DF6NM |
