XDW power was reduced by 1.5dB at 0630CST this morning and will revert to
normal at Oklalhoma dusk this evening. Daytime temps in the coupler are
over 110degF ambient I need to paint the enclosure white and not dark Blue.

137.7750-137.7755 Khz 130 sec or so staircase stepped carrier upwards in
0.08Hz or so increments - with cw id.
XDW will close down on either the 18th or 19th July and may not return for
some time.
