Just looked at the G3LDO capture I uploaded - sorry for the poor image quality - had the .jpg compression cranked way up from a previous operation.
 
I didn't get an accurate frequency readout for Peter - looks to be a slightly below 921. 
 
Dex, you may want to check your later captures - I believe Peter may have changed frequency to 137921.9 at about 0730Z...or maybe that was someone else...that signal was too weak to positively identify.

Good copy there Jay!  On first review of my captures I didn't notice
anything that looked like Peter's signal.  But after seeing your copy I
wonder if this may be Peter's signal just below my local loran line at
135,921.053 kHz?

Looking back at past captures I found I often see the 135,920.916 kHz,
South Central U.S. line:

So if Peter's signal is there it may be covered by the South Central
loran line.
