Good copy there Jay! On first review of my captures I didn't notice anything that looked like Peter's signal. But after seeing your copy I wonder if this may be Peter's signal just below my local loran line at 135,921.053 kHz?

Looking back at past captures I found I often see the 135,920.916 kHz, South Central U.S. line:

So if Peter's signal is there it may be covered by the South Central loran line.
