I'm confused by the jargon now .  QRS is plain ole' slow speed morse. QRSS 3 is very slow with 3 second dots for machine reading?
What is QRS 3

As far as I am concerned QRS means slow morse, as slow as you want it to be. There is no such designator in international procedures as QRSS. This is something invented in recent times for LF activity and means nothing to the general amateur radio community.
QRS 3 would normally mean reduce speed to 3wpm,  but in LF circles it means speed is 3 sec dots, QRS 30 means 30 sec dots. I suppose one should say QRS 3 SEC or QRS 30 SEC for computer generated and received CW.
This is what I understand for machine assisted CW. I normally work only  CW except under exceptionally circumstances when the other station cannot send normal CW.
I am surprised that a G3 would be so confused, I cannot say I have ever heard or seen signals from G3GVB and your broken English is hard to understand for us where English is a second language.
The majority of signals that I see on QRS are perfectly workable on normal CW. The exception might be someone on QRP which means as low power as you want or on LF is it QRPP.
Stick to established procedures and avoid CONFUSION
