Hi Mike WOW that proves it nicely. DCF39 sends bursts of data at varying
intervals between about 10 and 20 seconds apart. I think there are about 13
chars at 300Bd so the burst is usually about a second I think...the real
info is on Geri's site. Well done indeed, conditions are still not that
good.

Thanks to all for the interest and comments. I ran argo at the 20 second
setting overnight on 138.83. For some reason I woke a little before dawn
and
seeing a good signal changed to the 3 second setting. The trace shows a
steady carrier with short gaps at roughly 10 second intervals. The signal
faded rapidly at sunrise.
