Decided to "call it a day" after the CW transmission at 1830BST - the QRSS
keyer having failed. Thanks to Derek, Laurie and anyone else who listened
out for my test.

Hi John,

I am not set up at the moment for 73Khz transmit from the home QTH but will QRX on 72000 from 1700BST today (17th June) onwards and could reply on 136.800Khz CW/QRSS3 if you are able to operate cross-band. There is an awful lot of QRN around but it is worth a try. - Sorry we missed you last time during the /P expedition to Porthcurno!

< I do have another window tomorrow afternoon / evening if anyone is around to listen out for me and perhaps give me a call. The frequency will be 72000 +/- 5Hz (VXO VFO)and I'll try a mix of CW and QRSS. >

< I'll transmit on the hour starting at 1700 BST with CW and on the half-hour with QRSS 3 sec dot.>
