By my reckoning a much better night. DCF39 came on strong from 1903 with
strongly audible peaks early on (2100Z) - a hint of Peter LDO, given the
freq, just before midnight but nothing solid. QRN was at a norm.
DCF faded at 0410 ( I was up sending off 3 project groups to the North and
centre of the country)

My CFH plot shows that conditions are still very poor. There is an initial
peak at 0100z and then a declining level through the rest of the night.
There is still a lot of absorptive material in the D-layer.
