Heck Bill even made a loop that was 25 feet by 25 feet and it still made it
several hundred 
miles on less than a watt.


This loop has a Q of ~400 (3/4" ID Cu pipe). Rac = ~.08 ohms so the current
is about 3.5A at 1w. What are you measuring for Q or Rac on you 90 meter
loop? Bill
