LF: QRSS Monitoring 12-13 Jan

In an effort to drum up some activity, W4DEX and I will be watching the
135.922 kHz region on Sunday night/ Monday morning, starting at 2200 UTC on
Sunday. Notes:

Using ARGO 60 second normal-speed screen.
Upper Freq = 135923.5
Lower Freq = 135920.5
Avoid: 135921.05 and 135920.92 (Loran lines)

We will both post captures to the Web, and will post the URL's before the
start.

Anyone who wishes to participate (sending or receiving) is welcome.
