137.71 kHz. As Ed get Vlad's sigs on 135.51 when nominal FREQ was 135.5
today Vlad will set nominal 137.7 wich correspond to 137.71 kHz real
frequency. Of cose some error can be...
Now Vlad is ready for 2-way QRSS QSO. For SKED pse contact with him
via E-mail [email protected] (short MSG because it is the celular
phone SMS, not more then 160 simbols in one MSG) or by the phone

Also it is posible to ask him change FREQ or someone else by this E-mail
or phone.
