Please find attached the description and circuit diagram of the PA0LQ 30 Hz wide non-ringing audio filter and mains QRM noise blanker.

Contrary to what I said in my announcement on the Reflector the device does not combat noise from fluorescent tubes. My aging memory failed me there, for which I apologize.
