I have filed my comments to the proposal electronically. You can review it
(and other comments) by opening the following URL:

then click on the field "Search for Filed Comments" (on the left hand
side), then you enter RM-9404 under "Proceedings" into the mask that
appears and press the "Retrieve Document List" button.
