LF: Mystery signal

Hi Jim,
I have a carrier which I have logged on 136.655 that has been there all the 
time since I started to listen to the band. I have queried it in the past and 
it seems that not everyone hears it.
This may well be the same signal as Laurie hears on 136.647, I shall have to 
check the frequency more carefully. 136.5 is allocated to FYA36, St. Assise, 
France.
