LF: High Power 7FSK transmission

Just started the 7FSK test transmission at 400 W.  Frequency is 137790.000 and
tone spacing has been reduced to 0.15Hz at Laurie's suggestion.   The
transmission was started on the dot of 1500.00z  so characters will commence
on the even minute  - provided the timer interrupt on my PC is accurate.
Longer message this time !

Use Argo at 60s dot setting centred on above frequency to resolve.

I may increase power later  if the PA temperature stays at a safe figure.
