Hi all Reino was active and calling CQ 2040 to 2059z on about  136.83 with
no takers. He was a steady 569 here in an SSB bandwidth on the speaker,
despite a TV drifty 500Hz higher. He closed at 2100 with no qso that I
heard. This is the first time I have heard him active for some time.
