Could you confirm you have the start date correct because Larry was QRT on
10 and 11th due to power failure and on the 14th to the 16th due to
insulator breakage due to ice storms and to travelling, if I have read his
e-mails are correctly.

Yes those outages caused time loss, a painful time loss I might add my hands
are still sore hi, but the start date is correct.  The end date given was
for Lauries QTH in UTC time but the email went out from here in my local
date and time which was the day before hi.

As I understand your email you have read the dates correctly., all within
the QSO period.
