this is a bit amusing. In the US the trend is to go for QRSS from BPSK
and in Europe from QRSS to BPSK. A kinda flip flop.

The bottom line is that the LOFER stations that now are QRSS are
receiving
many DX reception reports. Looks like the ease in receiving with the
FFT programs and availably of same is making a difference. More folks 
looking , more good results,
