Assuming you are running a PC, a really easy way of getting a screen capture is to press ALT and Print Screen at the same time. This puts a bit map onto the 'clipboard'. It can then be Pasted into just about anything, preferably a photo edting program but it works in Word. Beware the file is quite big and can take a while to print, but it does work.
