I have an ex-something amplifier with a nice heatsink and a lot of BD545Ds and BD546Ds. I can't find any data on these devices - can anyone
help?
BD454D :
- NPN
- TOP66 package
- Vcb max = 120V
- Vce max = 120V
- Veb max = 5V
- Ic max = 15A
- Ft min = 3MHz
- Hfe = 25 minimum
BD546D :
- PNP
all other data same as BD454D
