The packet cluster reports given by Mike G3XDV are, I think, from the
internet based version of the packet cluster. This is totally seperate
from the VHF packet cluster network in the UK and Western Europe and the
russian reports are not on my local cluster node GB7DXI. As far as I know
the UK Packet Cluster Working Group has no association with those who run
the internet service, which of course relies on a phone lineconnection.

The info is certainly from a web-based service, but my understanding was that it merely published what is on the packet service, but pre-sorted so that all of the LF spots, for instance, are on the same page.

However, on closer inspection I was wrong. The service is provided on the web only by members of OH9W / OH2AQ Radio Club. There is a page to input DX information.

The main URL is: http://oh2aq.kolumbus.com/dxs/

The info is updated every 5 minutes so it could provide a most useful indicator of who is looking for QSOs.
