I can confirm the 'strange' propagation last monday as I heard DF2PY CQ-ing
with unusual strong and fast QSB (from S5 to S9 in 1 minute). During a
short period where Wolf's signal was S9 I could even have a QSO with him
(he was 579 to 599 here, I received 449).
On tuesday (30-03) I could hear DJ8WL in 'normal' CW having a test
transmission with 549 and DF3LP in slow CW also with 549. Both signals were
about 10dB above normal.
