Indeed, i checked the file from the tree that was active during that time. In this transmission (starting on the 14th), there is a delay of 1 symbol length, i.e. 30 seconds. Well Bielefeld peaks at Eb/N0 +7.4 dB with a +43 second offset, Todmorden peaks at +42.5 seconds.
