Indeed, i checked the file from the tree that was active during that time. In this transmission (starting on the 14th), there is a delay of 1 symbol length, i.e. 30 seconds.
Very strange!

Little or no signal from it receive at any site.  Even Bielefeld
correlated at Eb/N0 -15dB, some 20dB worse that average?
