Hi VLF, It took much longer than expected. Maybe 2/3 of the winter season is over now. Time to finally go the next step down to DC, another episode of the series "300 mA on..." :-) Since 22:15 UTC a

A nice signal at Bielefeld, S/N 23dB in 55 uHz. Also 14.3 dB at Cumiana in 49 uHz. And 15.4 dB/49uHz in Todmorden. No sign of the signal yet at Warsaw in 49 uHz. -- Paul Nicholson --

Thanks for the first overview. A very nice signal in Bielefeld indeed. Also the RX site at DL0AO shows the signal with a very good SNR in 424 uHz, http://df6nm.bplaced.net/dl0ao/VLFgrabber/vlfgrabber

I'm unable to see any significant signal at Warsaw via the vorbis live stream. There's a spike at 4470.1 but it is not significant against the noise, even in 8 hours (34.7 uHz). Perhaps Jacek will ha

Good copy in Todmorden. Based on last night's carrier, the signal calculated predicted Eb/N0 would be +3.5 dB, and I got a decode at +3.8 dB. A distance record for message decode at the 67km band. Bi

Perhaps. At this frequency I have the same problem with H S/N as at 5170. Eg, your overnight carrier in 31uHz: E: S/N 16.6 dB; H: S/N 11.0 dB; E + H: S/N 15.1 dB; The E and H amplitudes agree well,

The location here is bad for VLF, so many power lines. If I posted a sample of the raw signal from the antennas, you would be horrified and wonder how anything could be received through that. I have
