Yes, it seems to confirm the assumption that frequencies arround 4 kHz work quite well in 'short' ranges, maybe < 2000 km, because the far QRN is much more attenuated than on higher or lower frequencies. A typical nightly noise distribution capture is in attachment..
Relative to 5170 Hz, my ERP is 1.26 dB lower on 4470 Hz.
67 km wavelength, amazing. I like it!
