Im still out playing catch that signal but signal carrier keying rate has changed to something that could decoded by Opera OP8 USB suppressed carrier dial 505.34kHz ( beacon has CW ID). Ill leave it

OK , L Well the qrg in the QTH line is only a bodge-a-round , Was that the carrier , looks like it was , would give 503790 dial ? for 1550 Hz mid-band +/- 50 Hz ( better +/- 48 to allow for offsets)
