Yes my problem is also solved. I knew about the mixer properies button and had checked it but not real recently. My "Wave Output" was checked as on but the volume was turned down. Another I/O error:<

I'm experiencing the same problem as others have mentioned. The DSP filters in Spectran do not alter the audio. Thomas, what you hear with most probability is the audio going directly from the line
