My earlier e-mail probably crossed with this one from Jim - for those unaware one of my roles on the RSGB HF Committee is to oversee LF matters, which included the administration of 73kHz NoVs. Hence

My NOV says /P OK if you notify local RA a few days beforehand. John Hi all John has just raised an interesting point about 73kHz NoVs....mind you operation would have to be from your location John .
