Gary, Using the Dutch web-sdr about 400 miles , ROS decoded this ...... 2230 looks like the full text string ? no audio from the speaker or as far as I could see no trace on the waterfall ....... G .

Gary This decode is via the twente web-sdr ... ok not quite 100 % .. but -30 dB is well into the system 'red' I assume we are looking at the slow qsb taking the signal under the noise floor ? .... G
