Thank you Peter for the info. Regards. Ken M0KHW The PL509/519 is very rugged and will give far more power than an 807 at relatively low HT voltages. I run my PL519 at around 80watts output although

Only 750 volts ! I was messing about with my spare (linear) pa from the trp5000 , with 1750 Vdc from a 400 hz inverter psu taking 45 amps from 26vdc .the psu was taking 6 amps from the mains ... .. a
