I have a couple here and they are used as general receivers +24, and proven hard to beat in most envirions. Not as good as the TS870 on 137, but there again nothing has beaten it signal handling wise

Many thanks for the valuable notes re the FT767. Most interested regards frequency calibration low down. I might stay with the Palomar converter for low stuff. By the way Uwe, when using the 9k6 on 7
