Chaps 3C85 was superseded by 3C90 so you might have better luck finding that. Now Epcos are the suppliers I think their N87 material looks best for 136/500k. They do a 38mm toroid but I haven't found

Mike, Farnell stock the 13.25mm diameter version of 3C85 as part number 178504 at 14p each, but I expect these may be too small for yoru application. Didn't see any larger onese listed. 73s Roger G3X
