Ref recent emails about probe antennas. How can receiving a simple cw signal on 137 create such problems and technical difficulties. Try throwing a random length of wire over a tree instead. g3kev

Hi Mal, Simple CW signal on 137 you say <big grin> Here it is not so simple. When I use the random length of wire over a tree i.e. my HF end-fed 30 meter long antenna -the S/N is at least 20 dB worse
