Hi Mal, Use a LM741 Op-Amp in place of the OP27. That IC works perfect with a little less gain. You might already have one in stock too. There is a board layout and other info for building this loop

Sit on 600m tonight at the top of your band and call CQ or run a beacon and let some of the USA guys know your phone number to call if or when the band is good for 2 way. Otherwise emails would work
