Luis - I am receiving what looks like "normal" QRS on 476.180 give or take a couple of Hz. I saw a few "dots" around 19:35 UTC and now am seeing what may be dashes - too early to tell if they are dot
Very strong QSB here - "A5" came up very strongly, faded back down near noise level now. Definitely looks like Luis. Martin GW3UCJ Same here, need to wait more to confirm. 73 de Andy F6CNI
I'm getting very strong WSPR2 and WSPR15 signals tonight but I'm blowed if I can decode any of them for some reason! Martin GW3UCJ Swansea Io81CR. Running two copies of WSPR at different speeds seems
I've tried and tried to get WSPR-X V0.8 r3058 to decode - I'm trying now, on 474.2kHz. Good strong signals on the waterfall, computer time synched using Dimension 4, but absolutely no joy at decoding
Ah - thanks Marcus. This gives me somewhere to start looking! Martin GW3UCJ. Hi Martin, version r3058 is working fine here. The issue could perhaps be related to samplerate deviation. WSPR v2.11

Well, I've followed Marcus' and Tobias' instructions - Changed to another W7 computer, fresh install of WSPR-X Checked that the soundcard is set to 2 channel, 16bit, 48000Hz - also tried 24bit... Not
Yes, I'm using USB Stefan, and I tried a timing check program which said that my soundcard timing was within 55ppm which sounds good enough. Traces are all within the 1400 to 1600 Hz band. I'm receiv
Yes, I'm on 474.2kHz USB. As you say, not many options remain! Thanks again for your help. Martin GW3UCJ Did we mention to NOT install WSPR-X in the C:\Programs... directory ? You should try to insta
Well, I removed the program using Revo Uninstaller, then reinstalled where you said, Tobias. Still no joy. I give up - at least for tonight! Good night all, or as we say in Wales Nos da i chi gyd. Ma
Stefan, Tobias - thank you both. I am in work now but this evening I'll follow up on your suggestions. Martin GW3UCJ Swansea. == Another thing, maybe: Did you disable all "sound improvements" on Win7

Received UW8SM on 136kHz, WSPR2 at -30dB several times this evening. I take it that WSPR spots on 136 are not uploaded anywhere? Can't see any on the WSPRnet site. Martin GW3UCJ Swansea, South Wales,
Ah - thanks Gary. I was going back to the old database interface and looking there. Put it down to senility! Martin GW3UCJ. == Hi Martin, This is where you need to go :- http://wsprnet.org/drupal/wsp
I've got an SDR-IQ SDR receiver which works pretty well on 136/470 kHz. I need a second receiver now, for LF again. What would the group suggest for a receiver at least as good as the SDR-IQ for thes
Thanks Pete. Doesn't seem to be much in the way of spec on that site, and the installation looks tiresome. Still, worth checking. Martin GW3UCJ. Try ... http://fivedash.com/ 73 es GL Pete M0FMT GQRP#
Thanks Graham. Not really that interested in transmitting - been licensed over fifty years and done my share - far more interested in earwigging these days! Nope, Elad it is I think. Martin GW3UCJ. T
Forgive me for asking what may be quite obvious to many - but does this mean that if I spun a magnet at 8000rpm then I would generate a 8kHz radio signal, identical in every way to an 8kHz signal gen
