Hallo Clemens!
It is very large and good working antenna, indeed. Many thanks for all interesting info!
(BTW: My RX for WSPR is Teletron TE704C)

Hi Lubos,

thanks for the description of your improved TX and RX antenna.
My antenna is a fullsize halfwave dipole at 8m height at the feeding point,
ends go up to 10m /15m height.
It is fed by 42m balanced open feeder line and matched to 50 Ohms by series
silver mica Cs (system resonance is below 470kHz) with about 1.5nF in each leg.
For local noise reduction an effective current balun was essential.
See attached pictures and provided link below.

Hallo Clemets!
Thanks for your report, I am pleased! :-)
Well, my antenna is still "Marconi T" 40m high, but I
decreased ground losses and the professional loading coil is
in using now (It is made from thick litz wire)

I am sure, your receiving equipment for 630m band is GREAT.
It is usefull to compare your and my results. For example WSPR
spots more than 1300km, last night:

The JN88KS locator is about 200km further East of course :-)
My receiving antenna is home made tuned loop + preamplifier.
The diameter is 1,7m, it has been made from coaxial cable (3
turns) and it is 5m up the ground only :-)
What is your receiving antenna for WSPR, please?

        Hi Lubos,

BTW - I compare your and my WSPR list from 630m
every morning. It is
interesting. I am testing my new receiving loop antenna.

        Aah,good to know. :-)
I noticed your callsign several times when checking the
database for T/A spots but was not aware
        anymore that OK2BVG is YOU.
Your loop seems to perform quite well.
Which improvements have you done to your TX antenna?
Is it higher than 40m now or did you modify the top load?
        Signal is S9+3dB just now.
