Hello Joe,
I tried to decode your message from the stream of Renato Remoro. The
carrier S/N is quite thin but there were two decodes of the same message.
Best result was:
found rank 19764 ber 4.4515e-01 Eb/N0 1.2 M -4.933010787e-04 ph 31
-120,-120,-90,-90 [3]
carrier phase: -0.8 deg
carrier Eb/N0: 1.0 dB
carrier Es/N0: -20.36 dB
carrier S/N: 8.58 dB in 42.5 uHz, -35.13 dB in 1Hz, -69.11 dB in 2.5kHz
...i.e. the message is '3'.
There is nothing to loose so i tell you that result. Maybe it is wrong.
I will try again tomorrow including stacking and see if there is another
result with better SNR.

After 3 years the lead acid batteries lost about 50 % of their
capacity, so i have only 5 days coverage. A better battery system
would be helpful but with these new permanent overcast winter days i
would need something like 500 Ah it seems.
